Daniela Dessì is considered one of the world’s leading sopranos and a reference point for Puccini and Verismo repertoire.

On the 8th of December 2015 will take place a unique event at Teatro Giglio in Lucca: the soprano will perform a Puccini Recital accompanied by an extraordinary String Quintet, Archi all’opera.
Pier Domenico Sommati and Marco Ferrari (violin), Giuseppe Francese (viola), Giulio Glavina (cello) ed Elio Veniali (double bass) are the founding members of the Quintet and they are all part of the Orchestra of the Carlo Felice Opera Theatre in Genoa.
